BORA, the manufacturer of cooktops and cooktop extractor systems, is a co-sponsor of Team NetApp - Endura and will be the new name sponsor for the German professional cycling team, BORA – Argon 18, from 2015 on. Just in time for the new season, BORA is publishing a cookbook containing the favorite recipes of the top professional cyclists. In "Tour de Cuisine" more than 50 riders reveal their favorite dishes. Along with riders from the own team, these also include Cadel Evans, Marcel Kittel, Peter Sagan and Jens Voigt.

"Cooking is our world. Ever since we announced our engagement as a main sponsor at BORA – Argon 18, we are repeatedly asked the question, ‘what do the riders eat and what links our world with that of professional cycling?’ Surely reason enough to let the riders speak for themselves. The response was magnificent, so this premium book was quickly compiled and it has turned into more than just a classic recipe book. For the fans it could be something really special that some of the world's best riders are prepared to show this private side of their personality," says Willi Bruckbauer, owner of BORA, explaining the background to the book.

Tour de Cuisine is a premium book, presenting its readers 200 pages of recipes and an insight into the world of professional cycling. 53 riders from 12 countries reveal their culinary preferences, along with interesting and private insights into their lives, their sporting careers and successes. Breathtaking food photos and close-up shots of the riders will captivate not only the cycle racing fan with an interest in culinary matters.

This high-quality book has been created in collaboration with the Teubner Verlag, which is also the publisher. It is available as of now in German (ISBN: 978-3-8338-4538-3), English (ISBN: 978-3-8338-4642-7), French (ISBN: 978-3-8338-4643-4), Italian (ISBN: 978-3-8338-4644-1), Spanish (ISBN: 978-3-8338-4646-5) and Dutch (ISBN: 978-3-8338-4645-8).
