Introducing our NEW teammates: Roger Kluge

Team News | 21.12.2012

Team NetApp – Endura has signed four additional riders. Team NetApp sport director Enrico Poitschke will introduce the new faces.

Roger Kluge (26, GER)

Enrico: "Roger was the final signing with Team NetApp – Endura. He began his career on the track. He is a World Cup winner, two-times European Champion, several times German Champion and Olympic Silver medalist in Beijing. At the 2012 London Games, he came fourth in the Men’s Omnium competition. He turned professional road racer three years ago, and rode with Team Milram and then with Skil-Shimano/Argos-Shimano. His biggest successes to date are his fourth place in the overall ranking in the Tour of Qatar and his victory in the Neuseen Classics (both in 2010). Kluge also entered the 2010 Tour de France but had to withdraw in the first week following a hand injury.

He will strengthen the sprinter division in Team NetApp – Endura but will also get his chance to go for his own results. Being a fast finisher he perfectly complements Team NetApp – Endura’s sprinters."
