Erick, aka Ricky, shows maturity and experience beyond his 23 years. He raced many years with the British National team where he learned the craft of becoming a professional cyclist. In 2012 he showed great potential by winning a stage at the Tour de Normandie, as well as two second place finishes. Erick has proven not only that he can win races on his own, but also that he can be counted on for great support for the other riders. He shows good sense and acumen in summing up a race situation. His calm and relaxed personality makes him popular with all his teammates.
